Welcome to Wortley Top Forge Model Engineers' Website

We are a small society based in South Yorkshire, close to Sheffield and Barnsley with members whose interests range from railways and traction engines to machine tools, clocks and boating subjects - in fact anything with an engineering element!

Our miniature passenger-carrying railway is open to the public on Sunday afternoons Easter to November and some Bank Holidays and we are always pleased to see visitors 'down at the Forge'!
